About Me

My name is Sarah Apold and I recently moved back to Minnesota after living in Boston for the past 10 years. I am originally from St. Paul, MN and moved to the east coast to attended Keene State College. While at Keene I double majored in Health Promotion and Fitness and Exercise Science. I also played varsity volleyball and club hockey, was a personal trainer and a volunteer strength and conditioning coach.

After graduating I went back to MN for the summer to do an internship at Velocity Sports Performance as a Strength and Conditioning Coach where I got the opportunity to work with high school, college and professional athletes. That following winter I got the chance to go to Europe and play volleyball and travel for two months.

When I came back to the states I started grad school at Northeastern University in Boston to study Sports Management. Upon graduation I did a year long internship at Simmons College as the sports information director, then a 8 month internship with the Boston Cannons as the marketing and communications director and then did another 8 month internship with College Hockey America as the assistant public relations director.

After graduation I started coaching volleyball at Emmanuel College and did their lifting and agility programs for 4 years. Besides coaching volleyball I started to stray away from the health and fitness scene until I was introduced to Crossfit.

Since I started crossfit everything started coming back and made me realize my passion for the health and wellness field. I started training for my first marathon and even competed in the crossfit open.

I would like to share my knowledge and experiences I have gained in the past 15 years and help you crush your fitness goals.
